General Meeting of Electors 2020

In accordance with section 5.27 of the Local Government Act (1995), notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Cuballing will be held at the Popanyinning Hall, Francis Street Popanyinning on Wednesday 15th April 2020 commencing at 6:30 pm.

Order of Business

  1. Receive the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019.
  2. General Business.

Copies of the Annual Report 2018/19 are now available upon request at the Shire office during normal business hours and are also available on the Shire website (Annual Report 2018/19).

This meeting is being held because it is an annual statutory requirement of the Local Government Act (1995).

While electors are able to attend to raise items of general business, given the current COVID-19 concerns, rather than attending electors are encouraged to submit questions/comments to the Shire Office by:

  • email to enquiries@cuballing.wa.gov.au;
  • writing to the Shire of Cuballing, PO Box 13, CUBALLING WA  6311; or
  • telephone to the Shire Office on 08 9883 6031. 

Any questions/comments received will be addressed at the meeting, included in the minutes of the meeting and provided with a personal response after the meeting.
