Council is considering an application to construct a building to be used as “Industry - General” on Lot 22 Francis Street, Popanyinning.
“Industry” means premises used for the manufacture, dismantling, processing, assembly, treating, testing, servicing, maintenance or repairing of goods, products, articles, materials or substances and includes premises on the same land used for –
(a) the storage of goods;
(b) the work of administration or accounting;
(c) the selling of goods by wholesale or retail; or
(d) the provision of amenities for employees,
incidental to any of those industrial operations;
“Industry – General” means an industry other than a cottage, extractive, light, mining, rural or service industry;
Details of the proposal are available for inspection on the Shire of Cuballing website at www.cuballing.wa.gov.au or at the Shire of Cuballing Administration Centre at Campbell Street, Cuballing.
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire of Cuballing in writing on or before Friday 7th September 2018.
