Sale of Abandoned Car

The Shire of Cuballing is offering for sale the following abandoned vehicles: 

  1. Blue Holden Commodore Sedan

Conditions of Sale 

  1. The abandoned vehicle are being sold on “as is – where is” basis. No guarantees or warranty provided.  Inspections of equipment is strongly encouraged. 
    Photographs of the vehicles are available on the Shire of Cuballing website.
  1. The abandoned vehicles are located at the Shire of Cuballing Depot, Austral Street, Cuballing. The abandoned vehicle must be collected from this site during normal business hours. 
  1. Offers for purchase are sought until 4pm, Tuesday 31st August 2021.
  1. Written offers are required for all abandoned vehicles.
  1. Written offers can be made by stating your name and contact details and the amount of an offer for a vehicle by:
  • emailing enquiries@cuballing.wa.gov.au.
  • Mail to PO Box 13, Cuballing WA  6311; or 
  • providing a written offer to the Shire of Cuballing Office, Campbell Street, Cuballing during business hours.
  1. Further information and inspections can be arranged by contacting Acting Manager Works and Services Anthony Mort on 0429 898 214 during normal business hours or by email at emergencyservices@cuballing.wa.gov.au.
